schema for namespaces (have this information) and prologue (need to consult

These are in the minutes that were posted, but in the hope of bringing
them to the forefront, here are the action items I recorded (not counting
general specification updates from items resolved during the meeting that
are listed in the minutes, generally in red/green bold text).

Please work on yours and advise me of the status.
