Final call for SDD spec updates

I'll be working on incorporating all the changes that have been sent to
me today and tomorrow.  I'll be using Wednesday as buffer and for
polishing.  If I don't get your changes by 5:00 PM EST today, then they
will not make it into the draft.

I believe that most of the assigned items have been followed up on, but
I haven't been keeping track closely.  I wanted to just give everyone a
quick last reminder just in case.
