Groups - List of C++ issues (SDO C++ Issues.doc) uploaded

I have pulled together a list of the C++ specific issues in JIRA, those
that have been accppeted as well as those tat are still new.  I have also
listed some additional issues we may want to open.  Given the broader
discussions that rightfully are taking place during the calls, this list
may serve as a way to start some e-mail discussions on the C++ issues.
