CD01 materials

Attached is a potential CD01 package
for both the core and the Java specs.

It contains drafts of the two documents
in all appropriate formats, the schemas, the namespace RDDL documents,
and the javadoc, all following approved OpenCSA member section naming guidelines.

If we approve the drafts, this package
can be sent to OASIS staff.
