Working Drafts of Core and Java Specs

Hi Everyone,

 

I’ve uploaded drafts of our specs to  the OASIS site.  Please review them, and use them as the base line of all proposals.

 

It was pretty straightforward, the only plase where I added some verbage was when explaining the get<T> notation in section 4.1.3.  I also removed the earlier (in section 4.1.1 and 4.1.2) references to get<T> methods, and replaced them with simple get’s. 
I don’t think the re-editing make any semantic changes.
