RE: [search-ws-comment] recordIdentifier isn't included into sruResponse.xsd

Actually this has been reported.  A few months ago. I started the process of
preparing a defect report, but I got distracted.  My apologies, and thanks
for the reminder.

Yes. That is supposed to be in the recordDefinition and is definitely
missing.

I've just discovered an inconsistency between SRU2.0 (and 1.2 too)
