Hi Ray,
I have found it very helpful to keep the priority column in other
efforts. It helps focus our attention in a prioritized order.
For example, meeting agendas would discuss issues in priority order.
Submitters could assign their sense of priority and that can be adjusted
based upon discussion thread
and general consensus.
