I'm still interested in this topic, but boy have I been doing nothing on it.  So, let's see what we can do.

Ashley, you've actually done something on this.  Could you share the latest version of your stuff?  I don't remember seeing any prose, just working examples.  If that's still the case, let's see if we can't produce a document by annotating an example of a description.

I mentioned in our last phone call that I felt motivated to write a document describing our view of the weaknesses of OpenSearch as the motivation for this work.  I'll try to get that done this weekend.

Ray, I will not be able to participate in the phone call Monday, so you get to be the meeting organizer.  I believe you just add 8489 to the end of the participant code to become the organizer.  I'm writing this from home, so I can't swear that's correct.
