I will start the ballot. Knowing that it has been difficult for you to
get meetings with the others, I'll give you a pass on providing
meeting minutes but I do need the ticket and the other info.

Very nice job on the comment log by the way.

Once I have the ticket, I'll set up the ballot. It has to remain open
for 7 days. Once it is closed and approved, I will put in a ticket to
produce the Committee Specification.
