        Do you approve submitting the searchRetrieve V1.0 ISO submission package attached to this ballot to the OASIS Board President for action as required in the OASIS Liaison Policy [1]?
        

                        
Description

        This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 3 voting members. In order to pass, at least 2 members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 members may vote No. 

Upon approval, the submission package will be released to the OASIS membership for a 30 day public review period. At the conclusion of that review, the President will either reject or approve the submission and, if approved, submit it to the appropriate receivers at the ISO.
