I got on about 20 minutes after the hour (as they say on NPR), as did a
bunch of others; so maybe you just didn't wait long enough ...  Someone
else said he was put onto the wrong conf call;  maybe that's what happened
to you.

In any case, perhaps we can avoid using this service again.
