sure. Later's fine too if you send it to all: security-conform,
security-services, and security-editors. I'll put it up on the doc repository
late tonight or tomorrow morning. at this point I don't expect to try to roll
conform-spec-03 into a mondo-all-encompassing-saml-doc (dunno if we'll have such
this time 'round).
