whoops. There already is a draft-sstc-use-domain-04 in the doc repository, with
a date of 18-May-2001. It contains a different "static model" illustration than
the file you just sent. would you please re-do your cut-n-paste using the
domain-04 from the repository, call it domain-05, and resend? THANKS.
