problems with ftp'g to/from oasis-open.org

I've been attempting to sync my cache of the security-services site with that on
oasis-open.org (209.202.168.105) but have been having difficulties. The main
symptom is that as far as ftp is concerned, 209.202.168.105 goes catatonic
either during a transfer or even when simply connecting. Perhaps a reboot is in
order?
