HTML version of SAML Document Draft 1 for Friday FTF

All,

I'm attaching HTML version of the document we'll review and discuss on
Friday.  The HTML version is
the original, but you should use the PDF version (I'm sending it in a
separate note) for our discussion, as
it includes page and line numbers, which will make it easier for people to
direct others to a particular piece
of the document.
