I can't say for certain where it crept in, but it may have been a
mistake on my part. I definitely can't provide any particular semantics
for more than one, apart from saying nothing at all. Since the Detail
element exists to carry arbitrary stuff, either of these ideas seem good
to me and supporting multiple languages seems like good citizenship.
