Actually, there should be one additional change to the example/note on
line 738:

Old:
<BODY Onload="javascript:document.forms[0].submit()">

Corrected:
<BODY Onload="document.forms[0].submit()">

The "javascript:" in the handler should be deleted as it is an error,
though I suppose it might get ignored by some browsers.
