Rob/Jeff to follow up with OASIS about links to mailing lists from the public and members pages.  Also need access to mail archives other than the main list.  Specifically need to address saml-dev and security-services-comment.

Updated link to security-services-comment dist list from public/members page.

Still need to deal with saml-dev (is it completely public?) and access to the other archives.  I sent mail several weeks ago to OASIS re: the additional archives and was informed it would be addressed.
