Actually the motion was to request an electronic ballot for CS. This dropped off our plate so I am doig it now.

I believe we had a motion pass last call to move the delegation CD-02 to CS,
so I believe we have to request tc-admin to prepare the CS version and
publish that? In the past, we did that, but Mary indicated she wanted to do
that going forward.
