The ballot to approve SAML V2.0 Change Notify Protocol Version 1.0 as a Committee Specification has passed

Members of the Security Services TC,

The ballot to approve  SAML V2.0 Change Notify Protocol Version 1.0 as
a Committee Specification has passed unanimously. TC Administration
will now create and upload the official Committee Specification itself
and announce it to the OASIS membership.

Congratulations on reaching this milestone. I'll let you know when the
CS is available.
