Re: Issue Group 1 -- comments on Group3Issues.htm

I neglected to add to my cover note that I'd rendered the file Group3Issues.htm
as a .pdf file, then used Acrobat's annotation tools to mark it up. I believe
that if you're using Acrobat Reader (4.x) to view the file, you may need to
explicitly ask it to render the annotations.
