I suggest that we actually report the votes that each member has made on
each issue as part of our "minutes". I suggest a simple spreadsheet-style.
I don't care which axis is used for members versus issues.
This is done on all the W3C minutes so there is precedent.
Then we don't have to go through the time-consuming process of opening each
person's individual attachments.
