All,

I believe that we agreed to have our functionality discussions on the
security-services list once we submitted straw man 3.  Please start any new
threads there (), and continue any
current threads of discussion there as well.

This is only for discussions related to use cases and requirements.  Any
process questions should still go to the security-use list (for the time
being).
