RE: Use Case and Requirements Group Concall Scheduled for 2/13 at8:30PST

Bob, et. al.,

Unfortunately I have only gotten responses from 6 people - not enough to
reschedule the call.  As we need to make a decision now for the benefit of
those on the East Coast, we must go with the same time we agreed to on the
last call - 8:30 AM.  Otherwise it wouldn't be fair to for those who would
miss whatever we discussed in the first half hour.

Sorry Bob - just trying to be fair to everyone.
