draft-sstc-glossary-00.pdf

Here's the new version of the glossary, aligned with draft-sstc-use-domain-02.
This is a "draft draft"  ;-)  ..in that I have a bit more clean-up to do before
I stick it up in the doc repository and announce it more widely. will do that
tomorrow.
