Document Description:

This is documentation and schema for existing dictionary XML format

extension for CAM.

The design here supports assembly mechanism currently implemented in CAM

editor for use of template blueprints and expander tool. It also supports

use as spreadsheets of dictionaries directly from XML.

Not included in current design is any support for SET TC mapping couplets;

expect this may be next feature to be included.

Also included is a mapping overview document between the condensed CAM

dictionary format and the UN/CEFACT XML4CCTS schema.
