I thought we were doing 1st and 3rd Mondays. I know the first one
is a holiday but I (and maybe others) already have telecons scheduled for
2nd and 4th Mondays.

Take a look at the calender for Jan. The first and third Mon are
problematic dates especially in the US. The legally recognized New Years
and MLK holiday. How about rescheduling to the 2nd and 4th now to
minimize confusion going forward.

Miko's conference line has issues.
Wells' conference line doesn't support international calls as
friendly as we would have hoped.
