On a more general point: when are we looking to have a full text by? I'd be
happy to do a quick consistency check once we have all the pieces; Matt I
guess will need to look in detail and see that we have a coherent and
flowing whole; and then we should be aiming to get this out to the review
group...

Could we aim realistically to have all that done in time for the next TC
meeting? Would be a good target
