RE: New subcommittee

Hi Frank,

  The OASIS Kavi group should now be functional, along with the email list (). As far as a wiki goes,
wiki permissions are controlled at the TC level; the subcommittee should create an area within the larger TC wiki for its work
(wiki.oasis-open.org/soa-rm).

 Please let me know if there's anything else I can do.
