Business as service view

All:
  I have substantially modified this section. A couple of the  
diagrams were altered also, but I think that more diagrams will be  
needed and at least one existing one needs to be refactored into  
several simpler diagrams.

a. I used the term Social Structure instead of Institution.
b. A worked example of a Social Structure would be good. Not entirely  
sure of how to do this in UML (it is like an instance, but is not  
really an instance).
