But would encourage the addition of a sentence to clarify that this is (potentially) true regardless of whether or not the service is successfully invoked.  If one invokes a service unsuccessfully, it MAY still yield a real world effect unless there is a specific circumstance where the service and all actors role their collective state back to zero (although even that might be a real world effect).
