updated service description

Finally got to adding some real content.  Have fun going at it.

I think we need to add a Mediation model, possibly under Interaction View.  Parts of what was in description goes there and I have other stuff that might fit.

I have a lot of the previous content in a Parking Lot section because I think the details got elsewhere (some in mediation).

BTW, my added figure is ppt because my MagicDraw couldn't find the license server.  I'll be on travel early in the week but hope to resolve shortly thereafter.
