 Dear Past Milcom Participant, 
 
 Please consider submitting a paper for MILCOM 2008 which is to be held at the San Diego Convention Center November 17 - 19, 2008.  The attached Call for Papers provides the topics of interest as well as the deadlines and submission details.  Note that the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to March 17, 2008.
