previous emails resolving SD editor's notes

Probably spent more time than this was worth stubbornly trying to find this but here is the result of my digging:

My suggestions are part of a March 2 email with subject "service description edits and arch implications.doc.  Note there were some comments I said required discussion.  The line numbers are based on the 27 Feb version Frank sent out during the telecon.

Jeff and others are part of a March 28 thread with subject "Feedback on EDITOR'S NOTES of Service Description Model".  This references WD 0.3 but I'm not sure which one.
