action item on ownership diagram

I was just listening to the mp3 of the April 16 meeting I missed and one thing mentioned was an action I had to revise the ownership diagram.  I did send that out on April 2 with the subject line: diagrams for service interface and ownership variations

The service interface diagram is OBE but the ownership redraw addresses the action.
