Adding cardinality to the model is pretty far from 
deviation, that's for sure.  Just adds a little more robustness to the 
model.

 

Incidentally, if you look at my original note, I mentioned the 
fact that other resources need to be managed and we, of course, should 
state something about that in the supporting text.  But I agree with 
Duane's note that we could reference ISO 11179 here.  Our primary focus 
should be on management of services.
