I think that would help, but I don't think that is what Frank 
had in mind.  Our model described in Fig. 10 is still broken because it 
does not jive with the Service Participants model (Fig. 4).  Further, the 
whole notion of proxy agents further muddies the water.  Still think we 
have a way to go to clear this up.
