Diagramming trust - bulk send

Sorry for the duplication but Dave Ellis didn't get all the diagrams.   
The attached is a .zip file with 19 files.  The graphics files are  
numbered in the same order as the text files having comments on them.   
The original and today's modified Goal & Constraint diagram are both  
included.
