Your article is fairly consistent with the book “Web
Service Contract Design & Versioning for SOA”.  The book goes
into specific details and rules for WSDLs, XML Schemas, and Policies.  Your
point about the replacement of an implementation affecting contracts with
consumers is a good point.  I think a shorter summary of your article for
the RAF Service Description section would suffice.
