Reiterating Goal to Deliver Next OASIS SOA RAF Review

I would like to reiterate that our goal is to have the next public release of the OASIS SOA RAF in Januarary.  No two people have exactly the same semantic interpretation for the same concept, semantic debates can go and have gone on and on and on ...  Let's please find the habitable zone in our semantic debates so we make our Jan. release date.
