management: desperately in need of summary

We have too many overlapping threads and not enough clarity of where (1) we seem to agree and (2) what are the alternate positions for things where there is still debate.

 

Can you please:

(1)    List manageabilities we seem to agree are needed

(2)    List ones we disputes

(3)    What do we agree about in both (1) and (2)

(4)    What are alternate positions we need to settle in (1) and (2)

 

The discussion is interesting but we need to converge.
