In the planning going forward for the next public review, I would like to propose we first do a comprehensive internal review.  By this, I mean having at least one set of eyes – and preferably at least two – on each section.  The goal would be to catch minor glitches and inconsistencies and also identify any major weaknesses that we would work on during the review period.  We would not do major changes that would significantly delay the public review but we can generate review issues that we will work off later.  The goal of specifically assigning coverage would be to make sure we all didn’t start at the beginning and all run out of steam by the time we got through the first 85 or 90 pages – yes, I’m an optimist.

 

I mentioned this at last week’s RAF meeting and this is an official heads-up to think about what you would like to cover.  Rex already volunteered to cover sections 1,2, and 3; I’ve talked to Chris about section 4.  Consider what you want to stake out.
