unlikely quorum for 7 March call

Neither Peter nor Michael will be available, which points to a likely lack of quorum.  I’m inclined to canceling the call and having the next call on 14 March.  Is there any business we need to deal with that requires the call and, if so, can I have confirmation that others will be available?
