New version of draft

Hi,

Following on from last week’s decision to incorporate minor edits and stop tracking them, we now have a much cleaner master document.

The latest edits cover the re-structuring of section 3 than Ken and I have labored over – comments highlighted in yellow and green are points where we are still looking for resolution, otherwise changes against logged issues are commented-out
 as per standard practice and other edits should be self-evident.

 

I’ll talk through this on the call tomorrow…
