New draft, WD09-20120808

Hi,

As promised, and slightly earlier than planned, here is the new draft, with all items of the punch list addressed.

 

The texts to be checked through in particular are:

Kevin’s section 5.2 on security (I included his most recent edits from this Saturday);

My new proposal regarding section 6, taking on Ken and Rex’s suggestions along with my earlier draft
