Re: [soa-rm] URGENT Vancouver Face to Face

I have only heard from 17 out of 98 people so far indicating whether or 
not they plan to attend Vancouver Face to Face in July 19-22.

We need to know numbers in order to book the rooms and venue.  At this 
time, I need to have everyone reply back to me with one of the following 
responses:

Yes - I am attending and will stay at the Opus ($190 USD per night)
Yes - I am attending and will find another hotel
No - I am definitely not attending
Maybe - I am not sure and will let you know by [date]

If we fail to get a minimum of 22 who commit to staying at the venue, I 
will have to find an alternative venue since the meeting rooms are 
partially subsidized by hotel room rentals. 

Responding by the CoB today would be most appreciated.
