Issue 1

Issue 1, which is about the replacement of Diagram 2.1, still has the
Proposed Deposition (PD) of Duane's CoreRM8 05-05.png .  There have been
a number of suggestions and discussion about the replacement of figure
2.1 since then.  Would someone send me a PD for one of the more recent
diagrams that is closer to the consensus of the TC.  Note that Issue 1
will be one of the main topics of the telecom Wednesday so it is
important that we have the diagram closest to consensus to discuss.
