A new approach

Hi All,

I agree with Sally's email completely.

I was thinking of a slightly different approach to the consensus problem.

Why can we not start with a single concept like service and add more concepts as we progress with consensus being reached on a continual basis.

1. Service
2. Service + Service Description
3. Service + Service Description + relationships between them
4. Service + Service Description + relationships between them + policy
5. ...
