Per your request for quotes why SOA-RM is good, 
I've attached a copy of a short article that appeared in the 
July/August issue of Business Integration Journal (BIJ) written by David 
Linthicum who discusses the merits of SOA RMs.  I have not uploaded a 
copy of the article to the OASIS SOA-RM workgroup site because permission from 
the BIJ editor has not yet been requested.
