More to the point: what is the point of the apple in an RM logo, except a
cheap stunt to annoy the hell our of Redmond? I actually like it, but I'd
have to understand it if I want others to swallow it (sorry).
Without pushing my initial idea, the colophon I was trying to convey was
that the RM supports and feeds SOA, hence the arrows and the "base" to SOA.
Dan's idea followed in kind, my only reservation being that the "arrow" was
too much like a fulcrum: unless that's actually the idea, keeping SOA in
balance...
So, smarts apart, what is the apple about?

While I personally like the design, I suspect that a company in Cupertino
will accept it while a company in Redmond will reject it.

I don't whether I've understood the semantics of this agenda item (image for
RM) for tomorrow's meeting correctly or not, but to get the ball rolling, I
